Consumer dispute resolution
The EU platform for online dispute resolution was shut down in July 2025 and no longer exists. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG).
Privacy
Short version: this site stores a few things on your own device so it behaves sensibly when you come back. It loads nothing from other companies' servers, and it sends nothing anywhere unless you type it into the form yourself.
Who is responsible
The controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR is the operator named in the imprint above. You can reach us at [email protected].
What is stored on your device
These are stored in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and they never leave your device:
- Always: the language you picked, so the page opens in it next time.
- Always: your answer to the notice at the bottom, so you are not asked again, and whether you already joined the waiting list, so you are not asked again either.
- Only after you agree: how far down the page you were, and the three answers you gave.
- Only after you agree: whether you chose monthly or yearly prices, and which backdrop you were shown.
The first group is what section 25(2) TDDDG calls strictly necessary for a service you asked for. The second group only makes the page nicer, so nothing in it is written until you say yes, and choosing "essential only" deletes anything of it that is already there.
Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it. There is no login and no profile behind it.
Hosting and server logs
This site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare's servers technically need your IP address to deliver it, and they keep server logs that record IP address, time, requested file, referrer and browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and reliably, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Because Cloudflare is a US company, your IP address can be processed in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR). Cloudflare deletes the logs after a short period; we do not receive them and cannot link them to you.
The waiting list
If you enter your email address, we store it for one purpose: to write to you once when NebulaClip opens. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke that consent at any time with effect for the future, for example with a short email to [email protected], and we then delete your address. We do not pass it on and we do not send a newsletter. Once the one notification has gone out, the address is deleted.
When you use the form, your address goes to a small program of ours running on Cloudflare's network and is stored in a database that Cloudflare holds inside the European Union. What is stored is the address, the language you were reading in, the time, and the IP address you sent it from. We have to be able to show that a subscription was genuinely asked for; that is what the IP address and the timestamps are for, and nothing else. They are deleted together with the address.
You then get one email asking you to confirm the address, and only a confirmed address is ever written to again (double opt-in). That email is sent on our behalf by ZeptoMail, a service of Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands, acting as our processor; it receives your address for the sole purpose of delivering the message. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click on it takes you off the list.
Writing to us
If you write to [email protected], that message and your address sit in a mailbox we rent from Zoho. The provider for our region is Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands, acting as our processor on the basis of a data processing agreement; the mailboxes for this domain are held in the European Union. We keep correspondence for as long as answering it requires and as long as commercial and tax retention periods oblige us to, then delete it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and where your message is about a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Third parties
Fonts, scripts and video are part of this site and load from the same place as the page itself. No third party analytics, no advertising, no social plugins, no embedded fonts or players from other companies, and nothing that would tell another company that you were here. The only party that technically sees your visit is Cloudflare, our hosting provider, described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for your place of residence (Art. 77).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We then stop the processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
Terms
NebulaClip is still being built. Nothing on this site is an offer to conclude a contract, there is no checkout, and no payment can be taken. The only thing you can do here is join the waiting list, and that is free and creates no obligations.
Scope
When NebulaClip launches, subscriptions will be concluded with the operator named in the imprint. The full subscription terms will be presented at checkout, and a contract is only concluded when you accept them there. Until then, this page is information, not a contract.
Prices and billing
Prices shown on this site are provisional and can change before launch. They are stated in euro. Whether VAT applies and at what rate depends on where you are and whether you buy as a business, and the final price including any VAT will be shown before you pay anything.
What you make with it
Content you generate with NebulaClip is yours. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you feed in, such as your sample video, your images and your music, and for what you publish. Everything published through the product is labelled as AI generated.
Availability
Generation runs on third party AI model providers. We will name them here once the agreements are final. An outage or a model change on their side can mean an outage or a quality change on ours.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Before any purchase, we will give you the full withdrawal instruction and the model withdrawal form, as the law requires. Since nothing can be bought on this site today, no withdrawal period is running.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all, not even technical ones. What it does use is local storage, listed above under privacy, and that stays on your device.
The notice at the bottom of the page records your answer in local storage so it does not ask again. Because nothing is measured today, your answer changes nothing yet. If measurement is ever added, it will only run for people who said yes, and this section will say exactly what it is.
